There are no waves in London. We go anyway.
London Surfer started in 2019 as a WhatsApp group for sharing lifts to Cornwall. Within a year there were enough of us to hire a coach, so we did, and made hoodies for everyone on it.
We still run the coach. The clothes are made in small runs in Portugal, Leicestershire and Scotland, printed in Hackney Wick, and sold here and from a lock-up in Peckham that opens on Saturdays.
The Dawn Bus
Every other Saturday we run a coach from Peckham to whichever beach has the best forecast, usually north Devon or Cornwall. Seats are £25 return and boards go in the hold. Anyone can come, whatever your level.
